Try to carry out one 15 min workout at least three times a week. Take your heart rate at the start and at the end:

Search the Body Coach TV on YouTube for further ideas.

Create your own 15 minute workout. Think back to the Health related exercise unit that we completed.

Consider how long you work for compared to how long you rest for. Alternate your activities so that you don’t overload one specific part of your body. Get the rest of your family to join in too!

 

Netball – Sport Education

We are looking at taking on other roles – list some examples of other roles in sport that are not performer.

What qualities do you need to be a good umpire?

What qualities do you need to be a good coach?

List some careers that are sports related.

Create a mind map for one of these careers. Include – qualifications that you might need, people that do this job, how much money you can earn.
