Glorious day today, we have been so lucky with the weather! No better background for the château de Fougères than this beautiful blue sky. 

Pupils have really enjoyed reinforcing their learning about the key features of a Medieval Castle, completing Mr Pearce's questionnaire, with the help of the audio-guides.

After having our lunch at the feet of the ramparts, we made our way to the impressive Mont-Saint-Michel. What a sight! Pupils were truly enchanted and thoroughly enjoyed making their way back down from the Abbey through all the little souvenir shops. Some even had ice creams! We now have a coach full of really happy children looking forward to their dinner at the gîte.
